Thank you for shopping with Ethereal Whispers, a photographer specializing in photo prints and fine art photos. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. No Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from Ethereal Whispers. All our products are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality, and as a small business with a focus on personalized service, we are unable to accept returns.

  2. Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. To process a replacement, I require clear photographs of the damaged product, including the packaging, within 3 days of receipt.

    Send the pictures to etherealwhispersart@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Order - [Your Order Number]". Once we review the images and confirm the damage, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please retain the damaged item and packaging until further instructions are provided.

  3. Delivery Issues: Ethereal Whispers cannot be held responsible for issues related to delivery companies, including but not limited to delayed shipments, lost packages, or failed deliveries. While we will make every effort to assist you in resolving these issues, we advise you to ensure that your address information is 100% accurate when placing an order.

    In the event of a delivery problem, please contact your local delivery company immediately and follow any instructions they provide. We may offer guidance and support, but the ultimate resolution lies with the delivery service.

  4. Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to follow the instructions from the local delivery company, Ethereal Whispers cannot be held responsible. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and cooperate with the delivery service to ensure successful delivery.
